ILLINOIS CENTRAL COLLEGE (ICC) SCHOLARSHIPS - RETIRED PROGRAM
The Foundation offered eight $250 scholarships each year to Illinois Central College
for the following school year. The scholarships were offered to seniors at
Pekin Community High School with financial need and who possesed the ability to
succeed at the college level.
